Minami Yusui is a Broadway performer and international keynote speaker who helps driven professionals and entrepreneurs own and communicate their worth with powerful presence—even under pressure. Her message was born from a defining moment during her first acting class in New York, when her teacher asked her to do something simple—but terrifying: put her hair up and stop hiding behind the bangs she used to cover her face. In that moment, she realized how often we hide parts of ourselves out of fear or self-doubt—and how real connection begins the moment we stop hiding. Originally from Japan, Minami’s journey to the Broadway stage included 88 auditions before landing her first professional role and eventually making her Broadway debut a decade later. She has performed in Broadway productions including The King and I, Miss Saigon, and My Fair Lady at Lincoln Center, where she also served as Dance Captain—a leadership role responsible for maintaining artistic excellence and guiding fellow performers. Today she brings lessons from the Broadway stage to audiences around the world. She is the founder of YU-project (You Are Unlimited), a leadership development platform that empowers individuals to step fully into their potential. Through her keynotes, workshops, and programs, she has supported thousands of professionals and emerging leaders internationally in building confidence, presence, and self-leadership.
